Rudis Fitness is open 7 days a week and offers CrossFit classes, functional gymnastics, barbell and metabolic conditioning classes, as well as Open Gym, which is attended by a Coach who is there to Coach and guide you as required.

What will I get out of it?

11 days enables you to experience a full week of training sessions, understanding how these sessions could be incorporated into your weekly routine including recovery needs that come with working on improving your health.

You also have the opportunity to meet the coaches and a number of the other members who make up our community.

11 Day Free Trail Questions

    • You will join a community, who follow the same programming week to week.

    • This community will support you - they will not let you quit and you will not let them quit - you will train harder and do more because you are showing up as part of this community.

    • Your fitness and progress will be measured and tracked

    • No additional PT is required, coaches will help you adapt the programme to your needs and to your goals.

  • We believe that fitness is at the opposite end of the spectrum to sickness, with wellness in the middle and these points can be measured e.g. resting heart rate, blood pressure, body fat %, cholesterol etc and your ability to move through various functional movements at different intensity will improve the healthy you are.

    As you improve you will complete workouts quicker (e.g finish time) you will improve your range of motion or quality of movement (e.g. partial squat, full squat) the amount of repetitions completed within a set time or the amount of weight you are able to move (body weight, to unloaded barbell to loaded barbell or dumbbells).

    We consider functional movements to be natural and essential to health and longevity and will will ensure that they are completed safely (we will not make you do something you are not yet capable of doing). Think about how a baby squats - this is a natural movement, it is essential for all of us to be able to pick things off the ground safely and for us to sit down and get up. But overtime it becomes more difficult until we loose the ability to do it - unless we continue to train it, we look at other functions too how to move things and how to move ourselves in different ways.

  • It is difficult to achieve fundamental changes in the space of 11 days - but this will give you a flavour of how we work.

    Over time our coaches will take the time to assess your ability to complete all functional movements at different intensity and help you to improve them - resulting in improved health markers, wellness and fitness.

    Rudis Fitness is aware that trying something new can be daunting, but we have coaches who care and a community to support you. If you are a beginner, new to a gym or a competitive athlete or sports person or like many a previously sporty individual who had to work and bring up a family you should come and have a look, we might be just what the Doctor would have ordered with hindsight.
