Founder, Co-Owner & Head Coach
Simon founded Rudis Fitness in 2014 with a passion for people and overall health. It’s not just about “working out” its about the community of like minded people.
Getting people to levels and places they never dreamed of, setting goals with members and helping them achieve them is Simon’s calling.

tch has over 6 Yeats of experience in coaching, first finding CrossFit in 2016 and quickly making vast improvements to health and fitness he started coaching in 2018 to help others.
Health, Happiness and community, 3 important values to Mitch. Training, competing or coaching, Mitch tries to keep these three values in mind
In addition to 6 years of coaching experience Mitch has many more playing sports and participating in physical activity. He loves seeing members come through the door everyday, knowing he has an opportunity to improve their health and happiness. He has one of the best jobs!

Coach
Tom has been coaching for 3 years and joined the Rudis team in 2024 and has ben a welcome addition to the Rudis Coaching team.
Tom’s main sport growing up was Cricet, playing at a high level. The lockdown stopped Tom playing, as a result he started to get into Calisthenics. After training for a couple of years in Streetlifting where he hit a 20kg strict muscle up. After moving to Birmingham in 2023 he started CrossFit to meet people and has never looked back.
Qualifications: CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, Personal Trainer Level 4, Nutrition Level 3
Co-Owner & Coach
Dan joined Rudis as a member in 2022 after frequently attending regular drop ins. After successfully losing some weight and gaining some fitness he was encouraged by coaches to enter his first competition. With zero expectation DAn qualified for the finals and went on to win the Master 45+ Scaled event.
Before family and work got in the way Dan was a National standard athlete over 400m, a former Midland Champion over this distances. But it is CrossFit that has enabled his fitness and strength to return and now he wishes to give back and help others who want to either get their fitness back or like him feel fitter than they ever have.
Dan currently coaches his daughter in Olympic Weightlifting who is a two time British age group champion, so will offer some technical coaching to those who want it in this discipline as well.
