Gymnastics

Have a specific goal in relation to your gymnastics, from first pull up through handstand push ups, toes to bar, muscle ups all the way to hand stand walking we have you covered.

Sessions available to beginners through to advanced athletes and gymnastics, all levels are supported by coaches and our community.

British Weightlifting (BWL) certified coaches with experience coaching athletes at BWL Open and national events.

Joining Rudis Fitness gives you access to an awesome fitness community of like-minded fitness enthusiasts and athletes.

Rudis membership base is diverse with beginners and long standing members, members who want to train three times a week to members who want to compete in CrossFit or improve their fitness in another sport.

All members have the full support of coaches and our community so you will not need to look too hard to find someone who is or has been in the same position as you.

£60.00

The BRONZE membership plan allows you to attend any 2 sessions each week.

This plan is ideal for a new athlete starting their journey with us. or for supplementation to your sports training.

BRONZE

£70.00

The SILVER membership plan allows you to attend any 3 sessions each week.

This plan is ideal for an athlete looking to make changes in their current fitness levels, aesthetic and possibly compete. in addition to sport supplementation training.

SILVER

£80.00

The GOLD membership plan allows you to attend unlimited sessions each week.

This plan is ideal for a athlete looking to make serious advances in their fitness also possibly improve theirselves in a chosen sport and/or compete in competitions.

GOLD

All plans work on a month to month basis so no contract is required, though we require 30 days notice to activate your cancelation

Payments will be collected on the 1st of every month and prorates partial months.
